What are the details of this operation?
Excess fat is vacuumed by a thin cannula which is inserted through an incision. Choosen region is reshaped as desired with the reduction of fat cells.
Before the operation, the surgeon marks the regions. Local or sedation anesthesia is usually enough, although if the area is wide, general anesthesia is performed. A special fluid is injected to the operation area to lessen bleeding and recovery aching.
At least 1-2 centimeters long incisions are made on the markings. The cannula is inserted through the incision points and with the help of a vacuum unit, excess fat is sucked outside the body. The stitches are dissolvable. A corset is put on to prevent bleeding and leaking.
